These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the DartsScore app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the App Store terms that apply to your download.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App.
The players, scores, and other content you create stay on your device. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups if you wish to preserve it.
The App, including its design, text, and graphics, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of defects, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any scoring or statistics.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
